Wikipedia ( sometimes mistyped as Wikapedia ) is the biggest open access free encyclopedia on the entire internet. It contain over seven hundred fifty thousand articles only in english language, almost three hundred thousand in deutsch and thousands in other languages.
A word "wiki" means that anybody can edit articles simply by clicking on the edit this page link.
The wikipedia was created in January 2001, as of today every day hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world make tens of thousands of edits and create thousands of new articles to enhance the amount of knowledge held by the wikapedia encyclopedia.
